Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Fundraising and Grants Officer to help secure funding for our programs and services. The successful candidate will research and identify potential funding sources, develop grant proposals, and build relationships with donors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Research and identify potential funding sources (grants, donations, sponsorships).
  2. Develop and write grant proposals, reports, and fundraising materials.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and funding agencies.
  4. Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies and campaigns.
  5. Conduct prospect research and donor profiling.
  6. Collaborate with program staff to gather information for grant proposals.
  7. Analyze and report on fundraising progress and metrics.
  8. Provide support for events, campaigns, and other fundraising initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in fundraising, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of securing funding.
  3. Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. Passion for SFI’s mission and values.

Role Summary

We seek a strategic and relationship-driven individual to join our Board of Directors as a Director, Partnership, and Collaborations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining partnerships and collaborations that drive Shekinah Farms Incorporated’s mission and growth. This is a volunteer position that requires a minimum commitment of 10-15 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership and collaboration strategy
  2. Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including NGOs, corporations, and government agencies
  3. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs)
  4. Collaborate with the Board to ensure alignment and effective implementation of partnership initiatives
  5. Develop and manage budgets for partnership-related activities
  6. Monitor and report on partnership outcomes and impact

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field
  2. Strong understanding of nonprofit partnership principles and practices
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  2. Develop and write high-quality grant proposals, including narratives, budgets, and supporting documents

  5. Submit grant proposals and track their status

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to volunteer with our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence, engage our audience, and promote our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy
  • Manage and maintain SFI’s social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.)
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust the strategy accordingly
